Igor Polyakov is a professional entrepreneur and C-level executive and manager with skills in offshore software development, expert in IT outsourcing. He has a wide background in software project management, design and development.

Honours in open-source software development:

Igor took part in development of open-source C++ implementation of SOAP 1.1/1.2 protocol stack, licensed under LGPL. It is a fork of an EasySoap++ SOAP 1.1 library adding support of SOAP 1.2 version of the SOAP protocol and other improvements, including additional interoperability.

Also he contributed a couple of significant bugfixes to the famous libcURL library implementing client-side code for HTTP, FTP and other network protocols.

Current projects

Igor has recently started an offshore software development company Equelli as a co-owner. Equelli is specializing in network software development, middleware, business process automation and also provides services in development of VoIP solutions, applied AI solutions.
